It is important that our Trainers key in all the information of their students. Click Here to our web-based database. This has to be done within one week after completing the training. If you have problems logging in, contact hanna@makealife.co.za
Now that we are accredited by the SETA, in order for you to be registered with the ETDP SETA through us, we need from you the following information. (See the check list below). We need this information from you if you want to issue NQF-aligned certificates. These certificates will be issued indecently of our own Edu-K certificates.
All this information is to be e-mailed to hanna@makealife.co.za or faxed to 086 5188 225. If you fax, please fax each page separately, so that it can be saved separately. E.g. fax your final certificate as one fax, and your CV as a separate one. We need this information electronically, to forward to the SETA.
You can either scan in the originals and e-mail them to me, or you can fax certified copies

In order to guarantee to the SETA that we are financially sound as an organisation, we need YEARLY a tax clearance certificate from you!! You can apply at your local SARS office or pay your accountant to do it for you. The form to apply can be downloaded from the check list below.
Assessors
Some of our trainers have been trained to be assessors. These people need to be registered as assessors for Edu-K of SA with the ETDP SETA. See in the check list below, what is needed from you.
The links in the check list will provide you with the necessary forms and samples on how to fill in the forms.
Assessors are allowed to assess their own students. If you as a trainer are not an assessor, you can ask our trained assessors to assess for you, for a fee.
Committee Members
Edu-K of South Africa also need MOU-s for the different committee members. In the check-list below you can find the forms that need to be sent to hanna@makealife.co.za or faxed to 086 5188 225.
